Hi, there. How are you doing? This is Kayoko from Honjinhiranoya Kachoan.

We have a lot of guests from foreign countries, and most of them are

much taller than Japanese people.



What do you think we are doing now? These are very new sandals for our foreign guests.

Look at this!




The right side is normal size, and the other is new foreigner size!

Do you know Koinobori?　It is a Japanese cylindrical　flag of fish shape. We place these outside of our house

wishing a boy grow up healthy.




These sandals look just like Koinobori, don't they? The left one is father, the middle and right one

are the children.




いやいや、下手な英語でもうしわけねぇな。あたらしい、雪駄なんやさ。外国人のお客さんが

窮屈そうに日本人サイズの雪駄履いとるのをみて、忍びなかったもんで外国人サイズを揃えて

みたんやさ。日本人サイズと比べると、まるでこいのぼりやろ。


ちなみに、りらっくす蔵の外で育てているきゅうりが、実をつけ始めました。
